These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of clickfu.com and any related services (the “Service”), operated by Clickfu. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the email address you use, the security of your inbox, and all activity that occurs on your account. Magic-link sign-in means anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you — protect it accordingly.
3. Credits and free generations
- New users receive one free generation per tool to evaluate the Service.
- Additional generations require credits, sold in one-time packs (no subscription).
- Credits never expire and are non-transferable.
- Credit costs per action are shown before purchase and may change for future generations (existing credit balances are honored at the rate displayed when consumed).
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable — see our Refunds Policy.
4. Ownership of generated content
You own the content you generate using Clickfu, subject to the underlying AI provider terms (currently OpenAI). You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and how you use the outputs comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform rules (e.g. ad networks, marketplaces).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is:
- Illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes intellectual property.
- Spam, deceptive marketing, or violates email/SMS marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Targeted to minors, or related to prohibited categories (e.g. weapons, narcotics, malware).
- Designed to abuse, harass, or harm any person or group.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Clickfu running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If a paid generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits used are automatically refunded to your balance.
7. Disclaimers
Clickfu is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue from using generated content. Results depend on your audience, offer, traffic, and execution.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickfu and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Clickfu harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your inputs, your distribution of generated content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
11. Affiliate disclosure
Some links in the Service are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for or purchase a third-party product (for example, a hosting provider we recommend for publishing your generated mini app), Clickfu may earn a commission — at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful, and a commission never changes the price you pay. Affiliate links are marked where they appear.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
