This Privacy Policy describes how Clickfu (“Clickfu”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use clickfu.com and our related services (the “Service”).

Information you provide
- Email address — required to verify your account and deliver generated content.
- Inputs you submit — the niche, audience, offer, and other prompts you provide to our tools.
- Payment details — handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location.
- Usage data: pages viewed, tools used, generations created, timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the generated content you requested.
- To process credit purchases and maintain your balance.
- To verify your identity via email (magic links).
- To send transactional emails (receipts, content delivery, account notices).
- To improve our tools and detect abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run Clickfu:
- Stripe / PayPal — payment processing.
- OpenAI — to generate your content from the inputs you provide.
- Email delivery providers (e.g. Resend, GetResponse) — to send your verification, content delivery, and transactional emails.
- Hosting (Hostinger) — to operate the Service.
- Law enforcement — when legally required.
4. Data retention
We retain your account information, generations, and credit history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@clickfu.com. Some records (e.g. tax and payment records) may be retained as required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your theme preference (light/dark), and maintain your cart. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. Email support@clickfu.com to exercise any of these rights.
7. Children
Clickfu is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
8. International transfers
Clickfu is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (HTTPS, hashed credentials, segregated payment processing). No system is perfectly secure, however, and you use the Service at your own risk.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
