All credit purchases are final.
Clickfu does not issue refunds for credit packs, used or unused. By completing checkout, you confirm you understand and accept this policy.
Why no refunds?
Clickfu sells access to digital content that is generated on demand and delivered to you instantly. Once your content is produced, it can be copied, saved, and used. There is no way for us to “take it back” in any meaningful sense. To keep credit prices low and the system fair, we don’t offer refunds — the same model used by virtually every credit-based or token-based AI service.
What this means for you
- Used credits are non-refundable.
- Unused credits remain in your account and never expire — but they are also non-refundable for cash.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Try before you buy
Every tool on Clickfu offers one free generation so you can evaluate the quality of the output before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to use those free generations before purchasing credits.
Narrow technical exceptions
We will automatically refund credits (back to your Clickfu balance, not cash) in these cases:
- Failed generation due to our error — if an action errors out on our end before content is delivered, the credits used are automatically returned.
- Duplicate charges — if Stripe or PayPal processes the same purchase twice due to a technical glitch, contact us and we will reverse the duplicate.
- Unauthorized purchase — if your account was compromised and used to make a purchase you didn’t authorize, contact us immediately at support@clickfu.com. We will investigate and, where verified, work with you and the payment provider on resolution.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for an authorized purchase is considered a breach of these terms. Accounts with chargeback activity may be permanently suspended, and any remaining credits forfeited.
Questions before you buy?
If anything in this policy is unclear, please email support@clickfu.com before purchasing. We’re happy to answer questions, walk you through a tool, or share examples of the type of output you can expect.
