Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.
Can I get a refund?
All credit purchases are final. Because every generation produces digital content delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for used or unused credits. If an action fails due to a technical error on our side, credits are automatically returned to your balance. Read our full Refunds Policy.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Paddle, our secure payment provider and Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card details, and Paddle handles any applicable sales tax/VAT for you.
